Flow Pilates Bristol *New Class*

Come and join our Wednesday evening Pilates class and feel the benefits. In our small group mat classes we aim to:

- Lengthen and strengthen your body
- Improve your mobility and flexibility
- Develop better posture
- Improve core strength
- Gain better pelvic and shoulder stability

A class suitable for beginners, those returning to Pilates or those wanting a gentle paced class.

£10 per class bookable as short terms.
