Jobs at BS3 community

We believe in communities working together to improve the lives of all citizens.

We offer fulfilling and interesting roles across a variety of disciplines and fields of work. We have around 70 people working for us across both of our south Bristol sites and within the community in the BS3 area.

As a charity and community business we aim to generate a surplus (profit) that we then reinvest back into social and environmental development projects. By working with us you will be making a difference to the lives of the thousands of local people that access our services.
