Adapted Pilates exercises are a great way to support your postnatal recovery. Join our friendly group for some mama-me time, feel restored, energised and build strong foundations for life!
Each session includes:

🌿 Exercises to increase all over body strength
🌿 Stretches to soothe achy&tight muscles
🌿 Breathing and Relaxation to restore calm Babies are welcome! Suitable from 6-12 weeks postpartum (after your postnatal checkup).
