Head of Community Development – 30 hours per week
We are searching for a Head of Community Development
Our team members are amazing, and our mission together is to improve the health, wellbeing, happiness and sense of belonging of those people in the BS3 postcode area of south Bristol. We’re currently looking for a Head of Community Development to join our team and help us with our mission. In this role you will lead the Community Development team, engage with people through community events, manage the Catering and Café and keep a keen eye on our messaging.

Location: The Southville Centre, Beauley Road, Bristol, BS3 1QG and The Chessel Centre, Chessel Street, Bristol BS3 3DN
Salary: £19.44 per hour, FTE £38,010.06 (pro rata’d salary £30,408.05/annum)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Part time 30 hours/ week.
Holiday: 31 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays), with additional long service annual leave days (capped).
Benefits: Pension scheme, subsidised under-five’s childcare, external employee assistance provision, training and development opportunities and a birthday day off work.
