Flow Pilates Bristol – Mixed Ability

Start your Pilates journey and feel the benefits. In our small group mat classes we aim to:

- Lengthen and strengthen your body
- Improve your mobility and flexibility
- Develop better posture
- Improve core strength
- Gain better pelvic and shoulder stability

A class suitable for beginners, those returning to Pilates or those wanting a gentle paced class.

Sarah teaches contemporary and classical style mat and equipment Pilates in and around Bristol. She has undertaken additional training in Pre & Postnatal Pilates, Pilates for the Pelvic Floor, Pilates for Menopause and Pilates for Runners and Rotational Sports.

Cost: £10 per class bookable as short terms.

Sarah teaches a number of classes in BS3, including classes at our Chessel Centre in Bedminster on Mondays, 6 - 7pm, and our Southville Centre on Mondays, 7.30 - 8.30pm.
