Mat Pilates

Join Lydia every Monday evening at 18:00 for a 50 minute mat Pilates class. Lydia's classes are designed to improve core strength, mobility, postural alignment and flexibility. Lydia's classes are guaranteed to leave you feeling stronger, lengthened and energised.
Lydia has been teaching Pilates for 6 years and has worked with a range of different clients of ages and abilities. She is interested in Pilates rehabilitation and improving her client's overall health and wellness. Lydia is currently working in 6 studios across Bristol teaching both mat Pilates and Reformer.
She is excited to start her own community class at Southville Community Centre where she strives to make an inclusive space for all to enjoy.
Drop in classes are £12. Blocks of 5 classes comes to £55
