Early Years Assistant (SEND) – 15 hours per week, fixed contract to 31st August 2025
We are looking to recruit a professional, kind and motivated Early Years SEND Assistant who will support our children with high quality inclusive practice, to help them learn and develop in our early years care and education setting here at BS3 Community Development.
You will join our nursery team in a 1-to-1 support role for our children with special educational needs.

We are searching for one person to work with our children who require additional 1-to-1 support. We have 15 hours available (ideally Thursday and Friday) working within The Chessel Centre, with children under 5 years old.
You will be part of BS3 SEND Team and work alongside our Early Years Team, providing support, advocating for, and including young children with special educational needs in daily activities with their peers.

Experience would be an advantage but is not essential as you will be learning on the job, and you will be supported by our qualified SEND and Early Years Teams.
HOURS: 15 hours/week supporting SEND funded children, fixed term to August 2025.
RATE OF PAY: £6,069 per annum (£11.64 per hour).
