We know that our ability to offer excellent education and foster caring and nurturing relationships with children is entirely dependent on our amazing staff team.
We are invested in our team. Over 15% of our current staff team are enrolled on training to further their careers and more than a third of our current staff team has been promoted from their original job role, continuing their careers with us. We are committed to continuing to invest in our team, offering training that engages with individual interests and develops careers.

Our Childcare Training Hub offers:
- Two year apprenticeship schemes leading to a Level 3 qualification, with higher than average apprenticeship salary.
- On the job training for individuals who do not wish to embark on an apprenticeship leading to a Level 3 qualification with non-contact time to support studies.
- Externally delivered, and Ofsted recognised, training in statutory areas including Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, Prevent and Food Hygiene.
- Internal courses to deepen knowledge in areas including SEND, best practice for paperwork and personal development (including THRIVE).
- Regular opportunities to discuss career development and training to support areas of specific interest, including Makaton, Understanding Babies and Ambitious Two Year Olds.
Recruitment for our Apprenticeship scheme runs annually from May.
