The services we run give children a great start in life, provide young people with opportunities to learn and develop, ensure older people remain active and well, provide the community with meeting spaces to learn, socialise, keep fit and have fun! We also initiate, support and lead projects that take place in and beyond our buildings.
Our Community Projects
Stroll & Chat
A friendly, local social meet-up walking group, starting from the Tobacco Factory, North Street every Tuesday
Monday Club for Older People
We run services for older people and support other community projects that are designed for older people.
Check-in & Chat Befriending Service
We match a member of the community that may be isolated or lonely with a volunteer who calls each week for a ‘check-in and chat’, on the telephone.
