“Cracking visit, Gromit!”
We had a grand day IN our nurseries when Wallace, Gromit and some of their friends popped into BS3 Nurseries for a very special visit.
Our Stackpool children (and staff – Hannah, we’re looking at you) couldn’t contain their excitement when Rupert’s Daddy brought the actual real life plasticine models in for us to have a look at. Much to their delight, they were even allowed to hold and move some of the characters. Do you recognise any of these celebs below?!
The visit began with a quick introduction to Aardman Animation’s work. We were treated to a taster of our protagonist’s whimsical world and it was joyful to hear the eruptions of giggles at the star’s silly antics.
Our keen model makers had a hands on tutorial to show them how to make their own Gromit figurine.
As a provision that values creativity, we are delighted to have parents that work in the industry and are willing to share their knowledge to inspire our little ones.
