Shake the Dust is a beautiful combination class for those looking to move their body and gain strength and flexibility in a supportive (& fun!) environment.

These classes mix HIIT, cardio, pilates and yoga.

Each class is carefully designed to support you to meet your resistance, to feel the burn, and to enjoy the release!
You do not need to have practised yoga before to join this class.
