This is a group Pilates Matwork class, where the STOTT PILATES repertoire is taught. The class is mixed ability level, the class is of moderate pace, and to expect a workout of both mind and body.
Mats are provided on a first come, first serve basis so if you have a mat it’s recommended. Small equipment will be provided that is used for alignment. Otherwise just bring yourself, some water and comfortable exercise clothing.
The class runs for 55 minutes.
* If you have any pre-existing health conditions that could be affected by exercise you can come for a 1:1 prior to attending the class. All participants will be required to complete and sign a health form, that will be emailed to you*
