Pilates Matwork for Cyclists (Fitness Pilates)
Matwork Pilates class aimed at those who are hobby or road cyclists who would like to improve strength, flexibility and endurance while on rides. But also open to experienced Pilates goers and runners.
This class is fast paced and a fitness workout, to strengthen core abdominal muscles, upper back extensors and legs, prevent injury as well as flexibility. This Pilates workout can be challenging at times, previous Pilates experience is essential and to expect a workout of both mind and body.
Mats are provided on a first come, first serve basis so if you have a mat it’s recommended. Small equipment will be provided that is used for alignment. Otherwise just bring yourself, some water and comfortable exercise clothing.
* If you have any pre-existing health conditions that could be affected by exercise you will be required to come for a 1:1 prior to attending the class. All participants will be required to complete and sign a health form, that will be emailed to you
