Pilates

Total body conditioning class designed to improve your strength, flexibility, posture, coordination and overall freedom of movement.

This class will focus on creating a sense of balance within the body. We'll do this by working on restoring good alignment through our movement, awakening the deep muscles within the body, and developing our core strength, all of which help to improve stability, functional strength and posture.

These classes are suitable for all abilities as the exercises can be modified for any experience level, providing as much of a challenge as your body needs.

Rose is a qualified Body Control Pilates ® Matwork Instructor

£32 for a 4 week block
£10 a class Pay as you go (booking essential)
