Hatha yoga with Steph

Suitable for beginners / improvers. Strength and flexibility, movement and stillness, effort and ease. Using flowing sequences and careful alignment, we’ll explore a different theme each week, such as core stability or releasing shoulder tension. Learn how to work with mindfulness and the breath to make your practise a moving meditation and float away feeling taller, calmer, happier!
