Hatha Flow Yoga
Hatha Flow Yoga with Becky.
The classes are designed to energise the body and bring clarity to the mind. Throughout you will gradually condition and lengthen muscles whilst strengthening the body and bringing mental clarity. A strong focus on breathe is kept with the pace of the practice allowing for fluid transitions. Exploration into balances, inversions and deeper postures will be including but are always optional, as honouring your body takes precedence. Ending the session with a relaxation to allow the full benefits to become integrated.
