BS3 Community Festive Market. A Celebration of Local Creativity

Our annual Festive Market took place on Saturday 6th December and was a great success. A fantastic showcase of local talent and creativity with 20 incredible stallholders offering unique, handcrafted gifts. From beautiful illustrations to handmade crafts, visitors had plenty of opportunities to shop local and support independent makers.

We were also thrilled to host two creative workshops during the event:

These sessions gave attendees the chance to learn new skills and create their own festive decorations, adding an extra layer of creativity to the day.

Supporting Our Community

Alongside the stalls, our very own BS3 Community stall raised funds for our outreach groups groups, making every purchase even more meaningful. Thanks to everyone’s generosity we raised nearly £100, which combined with our raffle means we raised over £350, to go help support our community projects.

Festive Fun for Everyone

The day was filled with festive cheer! Visitors enjoyed live carol singing with Kate Fletcher, creating a joyful atmosphere. Our café served mulled drinks and seasonal treats, perfect for relaxing after browsing the stalls.

Families loved our Elf Trail, which ended in Elfville, a magical space for children created by our Family Services team. There was also plenty of excitement with our tombola, lucky lolly game, and a raffle packed with prizes donated by stallholders, community members, and local businesses.
